Inspired by traditional felting techniques inherited from our ancestors, we use today’s most advanced machines to produce nonwovens. Using state-of-the-art needle felting machines, we produce products in widths of 3.5 m, 4.5 m, 5 m and 6.5 m with a daily production capacity of up to 30 tons. These products are available in desired colors and in thicknesses ranging from 0.5 mm to 8 mm according to customer needs.

It is the process of combing synthetic fibers with raw materials of Polyester (PES), Polypropylene (PP), Polyamide (PA) and natural and artificial fibers in pure form or mixed with each other in different ratios to obtain a ground and bonding them together with the needle punching method to obtain nonwoven, i.e. nonwoven fabric. The flexibility and permeability properties of the fabrics produced with this method have made them an important material used in many sectors. Today, they serve as a carrier ground in almost every sector from furniture to carpet, from artificial leather to apparel, from construction to automotive.
