Spray Bonding Production Line for Wadding is made up of fiber openers, hopper feeder, carding machine, cross lapper, oven(3-layers), ironing machine and winding machine.
If the customer has special requirements for production width, capacity or other aspects, the production line will be customized accordingly.
Applications
Mainly used in high elasticity spray-bonded cotton, non-gummed cotton, spinning cotton and spun silk cotton etc.
The product is widely used in garment embroidery bedding, home textile and travel products, etc. This production line is especially applicable for producing soft and high loft wadding (fiberfill) products using synthetic fiber and chemical binder by spraying bonding.
High Speed Needle Punching Machine
Suitable for the production of high density, high performance non-woven fabrics, such as PU leather base fabrics, automotive headliner fabrics, high density filter materials, etc.
The main drive adopts crankshaft oil tank structure, automatic circulation lubrication, rotation motor are separate frequency conversion speed control.
