Inspired by the traditional felting techniques inherited from our ancestors, we use today’s most advanced machinery to produce nonwovens. Using state-of-the-art needle felting machines, we produce products in widths of 3.5 m, 4.5 m, 5 m and 6.5 m with a daily production capacity of up to 30 tonnes. These products are available in desired colours and thicknesses ranging from 0.5 mm to 8 mm according to customer requirements.
Polyester (PES), Polypropylene (PP), Polyamide (PA) raw material synthetic fibres and natural and artificial fibres in pure form or mixed with each other in different ratios, combing to obtain a ground and needling method to obtain nonwoven nonwoven fabric. The flexibility and permeability properties of fabrics produced by this method have made them an important material used in many sectors. Today, it serves as a carrier ground used in almost every sector from furniture to carpets, from artificial leather to apparel, from construction to automotive.
